The Casino

The California Desert is one of the main sets for Gremlins. I had an incredible experience working with Design and Story on creating the Pre-vis and Proxy model of the whole desert. 

Many scenes are filmed in this set using the casino, desert, the rocks arrangement on the left used as a portal to the desert, some fences for an action scene, the barn and the train station. 

Train station is done by a different artist.
